Once a Biker Always a Biker

Believe it or not, this is my first time to ride a bike since pre-Y2K. Guess once a biker, always a biker. My route was from Batasan, Commonwealth to Bonifacio Global City via White Plains, Ortigas, and Greenfield… and BACK! It took me 3 hours getting to BGC and another 3 hours to arrive home.

That was fun. I felt like a kid. Oh, wait, I guess I always am.

And oh, when I reached BCG, it was also my first time to try the overly-hyped Jamba Juice. As a fruitshake lover, I have always wanted to try it before but the number of people inside the store during its first couple of months was always a deterrent for me. I am quite impatient whenever I want a cold drink, especially from running.

At any rate, I was able to try the strawberry something earlier. Yes, it’s pure and no preservatives, but in my honest opinion, at the whopping P200 pricetag, it just tastes like any other shake from Fruitas or the Big Chill. Honestly, if you don’t want additives, you could always ask them not to put any. Now, if the fruits are organic, maybe that’s another story. But, I highly doubt that’s the case.

Sorry, if you love Jamba Juice. Just my two cents.
