Who’s behind the magic taste?

An outstanding Japanese chef named Shinsuke Yonekawa is the man behind the mouth-watering taste of Toki authentic Japanese cuisine.

Mr. Yonekawa started his career way back 1998 in a Chinese restaurant after graduating from college. Then he was hired as one of the chefs in a passenger cruise ship which travels around the globe.

After gaining vast experiences, Yonekawa went back to Japan to work for a classy and reputable Japanese restaurant known as Hyatt Regency Osaka.

He won prestigious awards like USA Rice Federation Sushi Masters Award in 2007 and received a First Grade Blow-fish Cooking Qualification. These paved the way for him to start a Japanese restaurant in the Philippines where he uses authentic Japanese ingredients combined with Filipino ingredients and cook them in Japanese method.

Mr. Yonekawa guarantees you that it’s only in TOKI where you will find and experience authentic Japanese dishes.
