My Work-out and Jogging Music

April 15, 2008

One of my tips to effectively work out and actually getting to finish a cycling class, jog 4kms, or – soon enough – win a fun run, is having a hyper workout music. With my new iPod, I have now finally been able to organize my work out music which I used to listen before with that stupid Devant MP3 Player or my Nokia phone. At any rate, here’s what I have:

Calabria 2008
California Dreaming – Benny Benassi
Can’t Get Out Of My Head
Come Into My World — Great for jogging
Don’t Call Me Baby
Ever After
From The Floorboards Up — Great for jogging
The Future Has Arrived — Great for jogging
Here It Goes Again — Great for jogging
Hey Ya
Hot As Ice
I’m A Slave 4 U — Great for jogging
It’s In Your Eyes
Let Me Think About It — Great for jogging, feeling “spy”
Let The Joy Rise
Lose Yourself
Love Me For A Little While
Na Na Na Na Na — Great for running
Please Don’t Stop The Music
Put Your Hands Up For Detroit — Great for cooling down a bit
Rollin’ — Great for running
Snakes On A Plane
Spice Up Your Life — Great for running, hahaha!
Wait A Minute
We Will Rock You
Wow — Great for running
You Oughta Know — Great for running, nothing’s better than negative inspiration!
Yummy — Great for jogging, then cool down.

Sounds like we have similar tastes. That Calabria 2008 has been on my playlist for a while too – currently my favorite “get in the mood to workout” song.
